Richard founded Blue Ribbon Services which later became one of the largest independent Food Service Management companies, and the largest private Mass Transit Management company, in the country. They were also the exclusive distributor for Starbucks in the Northeast region of the country. His company served over 70% of the Fortune Five Hundred companies, hospitals, and universities in the area. Richard served as a consultant to H.E.W (Department of Health, Education, and Welfare) and was on the Board of Directors of N.A.M.A. Richard is currently Chairman of Private Investors Forum (the founder of the Angel Venture Fair), previously a member of Tech Coast Angels, and currently a member of both YpO and New World Angels.
Charles “Chuck” Sacco Chuck Sacco is a technology entrepreneur, educator, advisor and public speaker. His career includes a track-record of launching and growing businesses in the fields of enterprise software, business process management and mobile apps. He has started or helped to start six new ventures, and his most recent startup was the launch of PhindMe Mobile, which he co-founded, led and sold to Movitas LLC, a provider of mobile technology solutions to the travel and tourism industries. Chuck is President of Mobile Monday Mid-Atlantic, is an advisory board member at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Philadelphia and is a member of the Neumann University Business Advisory Council. Chuck has a B.S. in Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University and M.B.A. in Technology Management from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. A Beta Gamma Sigma honoree, Chuck was also trained at the Price-Babson Symposium on Entrepreneurship Education.
Mark Heil has been a trusted advisor and consultant to alternative funds (private equity, buyout, venture, debt, hedge, etc.) since the mid-1990s. He currently works as a business development officer for SS&C provides asset administration, accounting & reporting, and technology to alternative investors, asset managers, institutional investors, family offices and broker/dealers. Previously, Mark was the Founder and Managing Director of a boutique marketing firm that introduced private equity firms to investors. Mark got his start in the alternative asset industry working as a marketing communications, research, and public relations executive where he built a practice around helping venture capital firms and entrepreneurs. During this time, he became a board member and served a term as president for the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia. He currently serves as a board member of the Private Investors’ Forum (PIF), where he helped to launch the Angel Venture Fair over 20 years ago, ACG-NY Membership Committee, and Help for Children, PE VC Cares, a non-profit association focused on the prevention of child abuse. Mark received his MBA degree with honors in Marketing from Drexel University and earned his undergraduate degree with honors from St. Joseph’s University in Marketing and Finance (double major).
